All 44 acres of Sleepy Hollow are now currently owned and maintained by the Sefick family. Steve Sefick, a native of Clemson, received Sleepy Hollow from his godparents Dr. and Mrs. Boone. For the past seven years Steve and his wife Lynette have prided themselves on preserving the natural beauty of the barn and plantation, making it the perfect rustic wedding venue.
Steve and Lynette’s youngest son, Harrison, works as the facilities manager. He is responsible for the careful landscaping and artfully arranged colorful flowers around the barn and the rest of the property. Harrison also helps out with parking and other various day-of wedding tasks.
The oldest Sefick son, Stephen, is currently pursuing his doctorate of biology at Auburn University in Auburn, AL.
The Sefick family is dedicated to keeping true the original charm of the Sleepy Hollow plantation. Come and experience first-hand how this historic location can add to the ambience of your wedding day.
